You probably had the Indian Brown, which is reasonably hopped. You'll notice on their website that for many of their beers, they have listed food pairing recommendations. Tee and I went to one of their 5 course beer-and-food dinners at the Gaithersburg brewpub, which I highly recommend - it opened my eyes to some interesting culinary possibilities.</description>

Actually, just picked up some Dogfish Head yesterday, and drank it this evening. A brown ale.  A little on the hoppy side for the first few sips, but I liked it. Surprisingly good with brie...</description>
